Omni Distribution, LLC was founded in 1998. It was majority-owned by Edward V. Danberry, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Ed Danberry passed away in 2020 and Omni Distribuition is now majority-owned by his wife, Maria Danberry. Omni Distribution, LLC has since been certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), gaining our certification from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as a MWBE. Maria Danberry operates the business together with minority-owner Ron DeLucia.
